Happy lo homestead

Front desk help was good. But the cleanliness in the room was lacking. My bedding was old and had holes in the bedding. I do not know how that could miss that, and the room overall could use more cleaning. Location was good

What a great place to stay! Pleasant and helpful staff, nice (comfortable) rooms, with plus sized bathrooms, which is nice when traveling with a family. Convenient location right off the freeway. Decent work out room next to the (small) pool and jacuzzi. Definitely good enough for me to get in a quick workout while the kids swam and my wife soaked. Free parking (hard to find in the area)! We will absolutely return!

Shockingly good. Have spent a lot of time at Hyatt and the hotel was well-worth the time and money. New building with clean rooms, friendly staff, indoor and outdoor parking. The location is not too walkable and you'll probably need a car to get back and forth.

I found this property for a split-second decision to stay in Bellevue instead of Seattle (my go-to choice). I’m glad I made the right choice and stayed at this property. Firstly, the representative at the front, Shenese (hope I have the spelling and name right), was lovely and very accommodating. A warm smile after a long drive with kids is so appreciated. The room was super clean and the ideal size for a family of four. The hotel has ample complimentary parking, decent pool and a free breakfast! Oberall, was pleasantly surprised. I will make this my new Seattle spot, considering the the amazing service , ideal location and hotel amenities.

Went to Renton for a work trip. Was only there for two days. I asked for a non-smoking room NOT a room that smells!! The room had some type of stench that i literally sprayed my expensive perfume in the room when i first got in to try to mask the smell. I didnt tell the front desk because 1. The hotel was nooked ao they couldnt move me and 2. They probably couldnt do anyting about it since housekeeping was gone. The breakfast was good and the sheets seemed clean. I did like that for just one person, I didn't have to ask for more towels.

This hotel is less expensive than the other Hyatt in Bellevue and has great customer service—front desk staff (Nari), H Bar servers, and breakfast staff, a location convenient to accessing Bellevue College, and clean updated rooms. I highly recommend staying here.

Staffs were friendly. Breakfast was quite decent. I really like the free parking garage, surely improved safety. Not a bad drive to downtown.

The Hyatt in Seattle was alright. It didn't feel like a luxury hotel, rather it was more like a Holiday Inn. It was fine for a one night stay. It was across the street from the bus terminal, within driving distance from a number of restaurants, and places to shop.
